The project for capacity building for community development in conflict-affected areas in Mindanao (CD-CAAM) will conduct culmination ceremony for pilot project in agriculture on January 15, 2015 at the municipal training hall in Matungao, Lanao del Norte.

As part of the evaluation phase, the activity will bring closure to the pilot project implementation and to recognize the good effort and hard work of all stakeholders during the implementation of the project.

Part of the program is the presentation of output of vegetable production and marketing of the pilot project.

Forty beneficiaries from Barangay Macabiso, Sultan Mastura, Maguindanao and Brgy. Puntod, Matungao, Lanao del Norte will attend the activity.

Beneficiaries are expected to receive certificate of appreciation as the leading/model farmer in their respective municipality.

Officials from Bangsamoro Development Agency (BDA), the local government officials (LGUs), UPI Agricultural School (UAS), Agricultural Training Institute (ATI), Japan International and Cooperation Agency Philippines (JICA Phil) and JICA Expert Team from IC Net Limited (ICNet) are expected to grace the ceremony.

CD-CAAM is implemented by BDA in partnership with ICNet. It is supported by JICA.
